Not UAE compatible, inferior quality
The phones are not UAE compatible. The power plug is 2 pin rather than UAE standard 3 pin. The instruction manual is in Russian so good luck with installation, changing settings, etc. The phone's default voice prompt language is in Russian and this cannot be changed. Lastly, call quality (low volume) and build quality (cheap feeling plastic) were not the best. I have returned my purchase and recommend the Panasonic KX-TGF310 digital corded and cordless phone which I now use.

May refurbished item's
The items looks like refurbished, because display normally comes some stickers, i found not sticker and displays are not looking new,... Item is ok but sellers sedn may be in refurbished items..

I have sent this as a gift and apparently the device was used or refurbished because there was names saved in the address book I couldn't order a return because I sent abroad as a gift. This is a joke !
