Love the product. Not as much the instructions
The product is great. Super sturdy. Easy install. No movement of bikes while driving. Only negative is the instructions. They aren’t the worst but they certainly weren’t clear.

Here’s an honest review
My girlfriend and I wanted a bike rack for our RV and trust me, there are a myriad of bike racks out there. We liked the idea that we could see the bikes at all times from our rear view mirrors and opted for this product. The installation is straight forward, many videos out there will help you with that. Of course it sits on the tongue of the jack so you have to have the right tool i.e impact drill to do it. Once installed, there were various trials and errors do have the right setup (adjustments of the arms, which holes should we use, which bike should be in front, oh no! My handle bar touches the other bike’s seat etc.) This was by far the most frustrating part as it took us honestly about 3 hours to figure it out. Once we figured it out, we took a photo of our contraption as a reference guide. Now it takes me maybe 1-2 minutes to get them ready and secure. So once it’s done it’s done and it works like a charm! The bike rack is surprisingly sturdy and we really love the option of removing the arms (with the pads and straps) to prevent unnecessary wear and tear.Tip for the installation:Because the bike rack goes in the hole of your RV’s tongue, obviously you have to remove the tongue. Three bolts and you are done. I’ve seen various videos where they put the RV on Jack Stands and I didn’t like that idea. We simply hooked our RV to the truck like we were going camping. Very easy and much more secure than the wobbly jacks.

Perfect for 2 bikes
We have been carrying our bikes on the rear bumper of our travel trailer, but they would bounce around, add length to the trailer, and not easily monitored while traveling. We switched to this bike rack and after 1 trip will recommend to anyone with a travel trailer. The only downside is that it only holds 2 bikes. Very sturdy, no sideways movement, and easy to mount/dismount bikes.

This bike carrier is great
The Jack it is easy to install. I really like that I can see the bikes when we are travelling and that they are solid, they don’t bounce around at all. Very happy with our purchase and what we paid for it as we found it at specialty stores but for significantly more.

Great bike rack for complicated bike hauling
For pop up campers with no ability to store bikes on the back of the camper, this is a great solution. It works well and still allows great clearance for the back of an SUV in turns. It also can work with an adapter to become a regular bike rack for the back of the car, which is great for driving to a trail from a camp site - it’s easy to remove the top part from the trailer.I did take off one star because the bikes are up high and can be difficult to hoist up and position. That is more a function of this type of rig than an issue with with this particular model. I also felt that the bottom posts can be a bit fussy to align to the wheels. It can also be slightly tricky to keep the two bikes from interfering with each other when first mounting them. But once you get used to it with your bikes you learn how to orient them after a few outings. The thing I really like is I still have access to my propane tanks and battery on the trailer. So it’s a trade off for the height issue. I did have to replace my trailer jack with a front cranking model instead of a top crank but that was easy. All in all this is a great solution (really one of the only ones I found) for taking bikes with a pop up trailer and I’m really happy with it. I’m fine with the compromises and it’s a lot easier to mount than a roof bike rack for the top of my SUV.
