Very cute
My son still loves this toy with shape recognition at 2 and we have had it since he was 6 months old. I like the shape of it and that it is not the traditional shape sorter. The shapes some times get caught inside but my son just shakes it and they come out. Very cute.

Shapes dont really stay in the nose..they fall out whether you push the ears down to release them or not but, i guess a shape sorter shouldnt be too difficult for a baby. Too be honest, i think this one is a little difficult for a one year old because of the fact you have to spin the body to get shapes in. I admit i though it was cute and wanted something different but looking at it now, i wouldve been better off getting him a plain shape sorter. It doesnt help hes not into it either lol, but maybe he will be later...

Durable and Useful!
I purchased this for my nephew (10 months) for Christmas. His big brother already had one and wouldn't let the baby play with it - it's THAT good! My sister loves that they now each have their own to play with (less fighting!) I love that it is gender neutral and teaches shapes, colors, and motor skills, and the elephant is pretty darn cute too. It's quite durable. I have this one saved in my idea bank as a go-to gift for all babies.

Good toy
This toy did well even when it was dropped so many times. Helped my son learn shapes and color. But just like any other toy, he played with it for 20 mons and he got bored. He will get back to it on another 2 weeeks may be

Cute elephant toy? Sold!
I bought it for my 7.5 month old daughter. She is too young for the shapes. She thinks they are tasty not shapes, but she'll learn. She loves turning it around, looking at it. She loves turning the middle around and then trying to eat it. I'm sure she'll love putting the shapes in it when she gets older. That is if we don't loose them.
