Bought this after researching many products and reading lots of reviews. This had excellent reviews but I been very disappointed with the results. I have used it twice now, as directed on the bottle and both times it left my hair blue, the second time my scalp went blue as well and I had to scrub it off with head and shoulders. Not sure if it is the shampoo or the conditioner, the conditioner is very blue, like ink, when washed off. Will try the shampoo on it's own.

It looks lovely, such a deep glorious purpley-blue - Bit nerve wracking when you squeeze it onto your hands, but it does not stain the skin at all. The smell is just delicious. Not sure how much it did to the colour of my almost all grey hair.Sadly not going to be able to use it often, as it makes my already ultra fine, slightly thin, hair even more limp. Very smooth and shiny but too flat. For someone with normal to thick luxurious hair it must be marvellous as it would have the secondary use of smoothing frizz.

I use this after washing with Fanola no yellow shampoo and the combination of the two has gave me the grey/silver look I was going for

The end effect is good but it was quite alarming using it for the first time. It is bright blue and it needs a lot of rinsing out. I got a real shock when l got out of the shower, my hair was still bright blue! Also your hair looks much darker when it's wet. It does however leave my hair very soft and shiny. I use the silver shampoo as well.

Would definitely recommend this product! Since it is a cream it is very moisturising to the ends, makes the hair smell amazing, and tones the hair well.I would however, say that this may not be the best product for very light hair. I am a brunette with balayage, and so use this to tone my highlights. Which works perfectly for me, being a darker blonde.
