If you've ever bought a UGreen product before you know what to expect; decent enough quality at a lower than expected price. This cable is no different. The braiding is tight, the connectors seemed quality and sturdy. It was intended for a purpose where it would have been left in place for years, but I have little doubt it would have lasted almost as long with repeated pluggings in and out.It the intended use that knocks a mark off. And it's not the cable's fault. The PS5 is known to be fussy with cables and external drive boxes, and having tested it, it seems that this cable is just one of the ones that the PS5 will refuse to work with. Shame, as I had wanted a right angled cable for neatness, avoiding a messy cable looping out the front of the unit, but in this case it was not to be. Tested on a phone and laptop and it worked fine, just be warned if you want to use with a PS5.

Initially I had an issue in that the cable would only charge my Oculus Quest 2 when inserted in one orientation.I contacted the seller and they were very helpful with helping me to resolve the issue. Upon further checking the cable works fine and the issue seems to be with the Oculus itself.Kudos to the seller. Would recommend product and seller.

This cable has been far more trouble than it’s worth. Exceptionally slow transfer speeds have meant extended deadlines on some of my work. Reading the description again, it’s vague enough to make you think it’s thunderbolt, but doesn’t actually seem to confirm that it define is. This the shyster’s tactic.I won’t be buying ugreen again. I’ve ordered a sabrent cable that actually says it really is thunderbolt.Avoid.

I wish I'd noticed before ordering that this cable doesn't do video, as I bought it to connect my MacBook to an external USB-C display. I thought at least it'd do for connecting my Samsung external SSD, but that doesn't work either. As far as I can see thais thing only functions as a charging cable, very much not fulfilling the 'one port handles everything' promise of the USB-C standard. Will be returning this one.

Bought for the right-angled connector to connect to MacBook. As it was *supposed* to be USB-C, Thunderbolt3 should have been fine. But NO, it's NOT a USB-C cable. It's a USB2 cable with different ends on it.The build quality is decent so it gets a star for that and I'll keep them (I bought 2!) as charging cables, but it'll be a second purchase from a different brand for me.
