Simple operation
Although I don't want to be in good shape in a short time, I still want to try the product. Here's how I use it: I put my seat belt on my abdomen for 15 minutes in the morning and in my abdomen for 15 minutes at night, and choose one of six modes (I tried all six modes). After that, I do some exercise (mostly running in the morning and occasionally swimming in the evening). I've been doing it for 10 days and I find it's a little different! My body began to change!

Glad I bought it & Used it!
Great invention, I loved it my first use. It's motivated me to up my exercise program. No more Covid 20-30lbs. Intensity is good and both apparatus are durable.

So Far So Good
I didn't know what to expect when I opened the package. I had seen many good reviews, so I had hope. It was very easy to assemble, charges quickly, and even on low settings you can really feel it. I am not sure over time, what kind of results I might see, but if anything, it encourages me to do follow with other light exercise. For the price, it certainly gives you a great place to start, at little cost!

Excellent customer service to replace broken device
Overall, I like this product. I bought it to stimulate my quad after knee surgery and it appears to be doing the job. I’ve used it four times. My only qualm is that the third electronic device arrived damaged as you can see in the photo and won’t snap into any of the electrodes. I contacted the company and they replied with, “If you can share our products on the amazon, we will send you a new one” which I am assuming means to leave a comment. Rating pending on further action.Update: The company delivered as promised and more!

Shock/sting
Don't like the fact that I always get an electrical shock or sting I don't use it often because of that 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ but I guess from wearing it improperly, but it doesn't stick to my skin very well...maybe it's something I'm doing wrong....I just know I don't like it.
