Kindergarten Learning Numbers

Fun number practice
My 4 year old daughter is in kindergarten and has been working on writing and math, so I purchased this workbook for her. (We also have a subscription to highlights magazine, which she loves). It is perfect for her. She already knows how to count, but the practice writing her numbers and spelling the numbers using lower case letters has been great for her. The fun activities like hidden picture puzzles and silly things pictures keep her excited and eager to do more. The workbook is printed on high quality paper in vibrant full color. The pad conveniently has a hard cardboard surface at the back, making it perfect for on the go workbook practice. (We use workbooks as a car distraction as well as at home on the couch, or in her room). All of the fun, quality, and education that we love and expect from highlights. This workbook is great for 4-6 year olds.

Fun Learning Pad
I got this for my daughter, who is in Kindergarten. She has been learning how to write numbers in math, and I wanted her to get some extra practice at home. This learning numbers activity pad is excellent. The things I really like about it are that there is a fun activity on each page (like finding 5 of something or circling all the 6's in the picture) and then there are activities like tracing the number 6 and then writing it on your own and tracing the word six and writing it on your own. These activities go on all the way to number 20. Then there are activities for ordering, connecting the dots, and determining what is less and more. There is an answer key in the back of the book plus a hard cardboard piece so that this can be used for travel. I'm buying a couple more of these pads for our upcoming trip so she can do these in the car! The only negative thing I can see about these pads is that if your kid is having a hard time reading, it might be hard for them to read the directions for the activities. This could be an issue if your traveling and just want them to do it themselves, but overall, my Kindergartner has been able to read it on her own and do it individually (which is great!).

Fun and convenient!
Christian had fun with the Learning Numbers Highlights Learn on the Go Practice Pad! This pad is great! It shipped with a piece of heavier cardboard so that it didn't get damaged in transit. It includes color pictures and activities to go along with writing practice. I like that they show examples of how to form the numbers and blank space after. This way, kids who are more advanced writers can practice independently and parents can write in examples to trace for kids who are still in the beginning stages. It's small and fits easily in my purse and Christian's backpack. It's a quiet, educational activity that can be used anywhere!

Fun way to learn numbers!
My four year old is enjoying this book! He especially likes the activities like counting and finding items in picture, Matching, mazes. It's a bright colorful book! Would've loved some sticker activities as well, but overall it's a great practice book!

Excellent learning tool
My 5 year old is in Kindergarten and to my surprise, loves her alphabets and numbers. We have tried other publications of highlights earlier and were pretty impressed , so when I saw the Learning Numbers books by Kindergarten, I was excited to give it a try. I must say I'm not disappointed. The learning numbers book contains over 60 high quality pages of puzzles and activities teaching the numbers 1 to 20. There's tracing the numbers, tracing the number in words, counting, more or less, connecting the dots - you name it . This is hours of fun and the good kind of fun.
