Easy to use
I really like the big silicon mat, give me a lot of space to work on without spooling the counter top. The rolling pin too is steady and strong. I use it making rotis. Does the job.

The edges of the metal roller on both sides (right before handle bars) is sharp that may cause some cut in your hand while you roll.Mat material is not that good.
