Good spread. Not too healthy
Good protein spread.Bad things would be:1 it's high in calories (500+ per 100gm)2 it gave me digestive issues. Probably because of all the artificial sweeteners in it.

Pros:-Quality-Relatively healthy-Great TasteCons:-Price-Initial layering mixture (liquid on top and solid settling at bottom; needs to be properly mixed before usuage).Overall excellent.
