King Arthur Flour, Og, White Whl Wheat, NET WT 5 LBS (2.27 kg)

I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes in the Fall of 2011 and decided to give up on all "white" foods, i.e. white flour, white rice, white sugar, white potatoes. Add a little exercise to the mix and I lost 50 lbs in a year, and after that year, was told my blood sugar was normal and was told I was no longer a diabetic. Much of that credit goes to switching to this WONDERFUL flour. I use it for everything, and no-one can tell the difference. I'm an avid cook and baker, making everything from pastries and cakes and cookies to hearth breads. Use this organic white whole wheat flour....you won't be sorry.

This is the best flour. I found a bread recipe on line and needed this particular flour. It bakes up so nice and the bread is soft and fluffy.

This flour is best before April 26/25 . That’s in 2 months and I just received it. The flour I usually buy is good for a year. Not happy about this

I ordered three of these and all of them were ripped and open and flour was all over the box. Seeking a refund. I don’t eat food that is in an opened package

For years I was a totally loyal Bob's Red Mill customer. But after baking bread with this King Arthur product, I'll never use any other flour.

This flour is ground quite finely, making it excellent for all baking.

Fastest shipping ever. The product arrive the day after I ordered. Very good quality flour. However, do not expect it be as white as the original white flour.
