50/50 Crewneck Short Sleeve T-Shirt, 2-Pack

I have bought several different brands of shirts on Amazon and even tried the IG advertised shirts. I would always go with the tri-blend but these are above and beyond the best shirts I've bought. I don't know if the other colors for the same but these black ones are sleek and the large is lo g and stretchy enough for me, being 6'2, and fit with out hanging off my frame.

Feels and fits great! Looks nice. However, they begin to pill after washing 3x or more. Not what American Apparel used to be. I still have one of their old shirts, it's lasted me 10+ years with no pilling! These won't, sadface.

I've owned several 50/50 shirts since i've bought wholesale from the LA factory back in the day. These shirts being sold are almost as good if they can fix the stitching.Wore it twice and its already unraveling.

I'm an average sized guy, definitely a bit on the thinner side. I have found it hard to find a T-shirt that fits just right and doesn't become to short after you wash it. I had always liked American apparel quality but found them to be a bit snug so I decided to try ordering Mediums instead of Smalls and thank God I did because man, I love these shirts. I've ordered them in multiple colors and it's basically all I wear. You don't have to baby these because the quality is really good. Just throw them in the washing machine and they just keep lasting and fitting perfectly.

I was excited to find this particular shirt because I had another shirt for years with a print on it with this T. I ordered a two pack of black shirts. I love the way they fit. They are not boxy or loose fitting. They are almost like a muscle shirt but not too tight. The problem is the stitching at the waist started coming unraveled before I even washed the shirts once. Not sure if it's just a glitch. I washed the shirts in cold water and did not put them in the dryer. I just air dried them and they got worse. I hate that this happened because I really like the way the shirts fit and the material. I just think that the stitching or thread was not up to par. Please fix this. These shirts really are amazing.

I absolutely LOVE these shirts and I did receive both shirts with my order as it claims to do. I got one of these American Apparel 50/50 shirts from a friend that I “borrowed” 😂 & it was from a gym with their logo but when I put it on it instantly became my favorite shirt, I immediately knew I needed my own! So I searched & found these! They are perfect! Don’t hesitate seriously. I’m a 30 yr old single momma of 3 and I love these men’s shirts! Do it! They cover my arms which is perfect for my self conscious issues and they aren’t too thick or hot. They are super comfortable & very soft. I do wish we could choose two different colors instead of having to get two shirts of the same color but hey I’m not complaining. I absolutely will be buying more colors. Thank you so much for selling these shirts! Don’t hesitate, go buy these shirts now, I promise you will absolutely love them too! They shipped very fast as well, I had my shirts sighing 2 days! You can’t go wrong buying these shirts y’all!

Finally a tee that fit well, looks good and is made well. Also very comfortable, especially in hot weather. These could easily be everyday tees for around the shop or throw on some nice pants and shoes and go out on the town. perfect balanced size. i’m 5’7” and the large is perfect. Not too baggy, not too tight. The fit is nice in the chest and shoulders. Accentuates them if you have them. Hard to beat the price. Surprisingly inexpensive.

My partner loves this shirts - or I should say loved. He received a shirt as a promo years ago - and found it soft and comfortable. We looked at the brand - and ordered him some. So far, so good. He loved those and has been wearing them about 6 months. It was time to replace some of his other shirts (and he wanted to move to these exclusively as they were what he always reached for) - so we ordered a new batch. Of the 4 we received, not a single one is in good shape. All have inches of extra chain stitching - coming off the collar, the shoulder seams, etc. Mostly on the outside of the shirts. There are also prominent "slubs" in the fabric (this isn't a slub type fabric - there are basically discolored lumps). Not sure what happened - but really, really disappointed. Will not be buying again and will be returning these!

This isn’t the usual American apparel tee I used to buy. I think it’s a cotton/polyester blend, and not 100% cotton. The fabric is very soft and it fits and feels amazing, but it is fairly see through!

I purchased these shirts in 2 different colours. One shirt had a whole in the stitching by the collar upon arrival and luckily, I was able to return. Now the second pack of shirts is having the same issue less than 3 months later. I wash these shirts once a week on an average setting, and the shirts are worn for casual wear. There is no excuse for this shirt to be falling apart already. My boyfriend used to love American Apparel, that had soft fabric and long lasting wear and now I am questioning if this product is even American Apparel.Not worth the money when they fall apart within months. If you buy this item, inspect it upon delivery and make sure stitching is up to par.

First off, this is not my first time ordering shirts from AA, and the other ones showed up at the very least folded. but these ones were literally thrown in the bag.This isn't even my problem with the shirts. They feel so much cheaper than the other ones I've ordered. the White is SHEER, like you can see freckles through it. and it just feels like a much cheaper material. I'm really reluctant to order any more from here.

The material is quite soft on the skin. It fits nice and snug, the arms are a just past the mid bicep in length, and the torso is a little longer than the average T. The shoulders on the Medium fit a little more like a small, but everything else is well proportioned. Out of the two shirts I received, one of them had a 1.5" opening where a seam came apart on the top of the shoulder. This was disappointing as I had literally just opened the bag and hadn't even tried it on, but as these aren't pure AA products, I can be forgiving since the shirt proportions and fit mostly represent the AA of old.

I owned this shirt previously from years ago and when these came their material was much thinner even though they were the same shirt. In these my nipples often poke through and my skin can be seen underneath. When layered this shirt is okay, but without anything to cover up, this shirt can be embarrassing.
