Absorbable Calcium
Large capsules, but much easier to swallow than the large tablets that some manufacturers make. I keep buying this brand because 2 capsules provides the 500mg daily that was suggested by my doctor.

Great product
This is the first hydroxyapatite I've bought that is a very fine powder; similar products were crystalline and seemed to take forever to break down in my mouth. I use this to directly nourish my teeth by opening a capsule, emptying the contents in my mouth right before bed; it dissolves instantly, coating my teeth with biologically compatible calcium. My teeth are whiter and stronger than ever! I'm very happy with this Solaray product and will order again.
