The King of knot removal!
OK, this item is excellent and works as described. If, like me, you have suffered with muscle knots in your back and general tightness, then this may be the tool for you. I have tried various rollers, both hard and soft, tennis balls, back stretcher etc.The relief this item provides is what I had sought from all the rest, but to no avail. My hips, lower and upper back have completely loosened up, after using this for about 10 minutes. You get what you pay for in life and after the first use I certainly didn’t regret it!

OMG
I have spikey balls I've used for years, plus many other bits including a ma roller which has helped me alot. But this was such a lovely surprise, like nothing I've ever tried before. You just sink into it & feel like your knots & tight 'melt' away.Wish I'd got it years ago, trapezius LittleMum very good also. Slow movement of the arms in various ways really hits on the trigger points.

Watch the video for correct positioning as not highlighted in the booklet
I thought these were really quite expensive. However the first thing you notice when you get them is the weight in them - there’s quite a bit! They also seem really well made with good quality materials. They provide 15 yr warranty so clearly believe in their product. There’s an instruction booklet that covers both the massagers they produce. It’s ok, gives a little information about the muscles being targeted and symptoms it can help with alleviating. Some pictures and description of how to use the massager. I’m more of a visual person so thought I’d watch the video - oh my! It’s very dull, not the most charismatic person to explain the product (sorry mate). Maybe just skip through to where he shows you how to use the massager as that’s quite useful to see, as I think positioning of these things is vital to correct use - and for this one I don’t think the pictures explain properly as you need it different orientations for different areas you’re working on, so the video was helpful... for massaging top to bottom of the spine you have the large flat nodes facing your feet, for your glutes, have the large flat nodes facing your head. I didn't find I currently needed a massage at the top of my back but about middle back I could feel the benefits were needed. And found the gluteus area needed the most work. Use on a bed if you want a less intense experience. You definitely feel it! Bearable for about 10 mins and surprisingly nice relaxed feeling afterwards. Never had a massage before so don’t know cost, but for continual use this probably works out an ok price, though obviously this is only targeting one area.

Surprisingly good to use!
Initially I was concerned about the high cost of the item. Then it arrived I can see it is well made, and looks very durable. But the best bit is that it helps you a lot with your back. So after using it a few times I no longer concerned about how expensive the item was to buy.

Very Expensive and quite effective, almost a bargain
I'm sorry but it is within the fibre of my very being that everything costs too much. That said these have been helping with that same being, I've been suffering with back pain for a while now, more than a few years and aside from the usual hot and cold packs have never really found a relief that works. So these products were a bit of a gamble for me, and a gamble I am very pleased to have taken. The first thing you are going to notice is that they are very heavy, and also really awkwardly shaped and it turns out there is a reason for that too. There was a video but it was like watching paint dry but I needed to know so stuck with it for just over six minutes that somehow felt a lot longer. it does give you some help as it explains the best positions for maximum benefit and it has proved very useful for me, It does require an area where you can be completely flat and preferably somewhere quiet and relaxing. They guarantee the product for fifteen years and it really does feel like it could last a lot longer than that depending on use and storage and obviously be careful depending on your age and ability.
