My thoughts (Theo):I got this book for free on Amazon and because I’ve liked it so much I’ve decided to also review it! This story is not your typical bad-boy-billionaire-meets-sweet-woman. No, not at all. This book is about having everything you’ve ever wanted and then the inevitable happens: you are left alone, hanging and wanting to go back.Derek Titan is one of the wealthiest men alive. He is strong, stubborn, and ready to conquer everything, got to top from scratch and wants everyone to show him respect. He is also charismatic and to die for, but that is everything he does not want to be. He has only one goal: destroy the love of his life.Jasmine Freeman is someone sweet, innocent and still remembering about the love of her life. She has little money, even though she grew up a rich girl, but only because her tyrant father is too greedy. She has a son and ready to conquer the world to give it to him. She has only one goal: never let the father of her child know that he has a child.Everything starts with Derek and Jasmine back in high school, with them ready to leave the world and face the big cities. She wants everything for him and he wants everything for her. Their love is strong and beautiful and even though they are both young adults when you know you just know. But an unhappy truth comes to surface: Derek leaves her in front of the church before they depart for New York. The other unhappy event: Jasmine leaves Derek a day before they meet in front of the church.Jasmine father does not agree with their relationship, so – an influence to the local bank – he withdrawals the money that was supposed to fund Derek’s father business. And he does so much more. He lets Derek know that Jasmine does not actually love him, that she is not actually interested in him and makes Derek leave her. But he also keep the appearances of a good father and let’s Jasmine get broken hearted. He wanted everything for Jasmine, but when he finds out about the pregnancy he gets mad. He almost gets her out of the house.She does not budge; she goes to college with a child. She’s on her own, but she promised never to let anyone disturb her peace. Until one day when her father’s firm is taken from him. She is working at the firm and it is not happy to discover the new management. She is practically in shock when she finds Derek sitting in her father’s chair. And he is practically stunned to see the betraying girl he once loved and still does, in his office claiming that she will keep her job.He forces her to work with him and soon he finds out about his child. At first everything goes south. Happens so fast and she does not know what to do anymore. Her child is thrilled to finally meet his father and always lives with the fear that he might leave again. But Derek does not want to hear about that, because he will never leave his child if he knew about him.The romance starts to show, and even though Derek sometimes can become demanding, he shows his sweet face too. And the romance is so sweet and beautiful sometimes that you just want to take his head off. But hey, in the end things sort out.I recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read. Something sweet, yet sometimes making you want to scream.Happy readying everyone!

The journey of how Derek extracts his revenge, the pain that Jasmine goes through, the absolute joy Jacob finds when his father comes home again… this is a story you want to read. I won’t give anymore away, just know that this is a love story that will pull your emotions in a hundred different directions and you’ll come back for more. Grab this one for yourself and enjoy the first novel in The Baby For The Billionaire series. The story was beautiful. Such a sweet and romantic ending.So much love and romance finally came through to such a deserving couple

The Tycoon's Revenge (Baby for the Billionaire, Book 1) I immensely enjoyed reading this book.Derek and Jasmine's love is torn apart by her father's deceit. Derek is driven by the need for revenge and returns after 10 years with only one ambition. Fate unites the lovers once again and Derek discovers a secret that Jasmine had been hiding from him. You will need to read to find out the rest.The romance is so good. The encounters between the characters would send you into an emotional roller coaster and loved every bit of it. Jasmine is a single mom of a 10 year old son who has worked hard to give him a safe and happy home. She grew up in a wealthy home but her father cut off all financial help years ago she pretty much lives pay check to pay check now.As a teenager, she fell in love with very poor Derek who she planned on marrying and running away with. They were to meet at a little church then leave but something happened that prevented them from meeting. They each thought the other one changed their mind and were both heartbroken.Ten years later Derek is a multi-billionaire and wants revenge on Jasmine for leaving him and her father for interfering with his own father's attempt to get a bank loan for a business. Derek gets his revenge on Jasmine's father's by doing a hostile takeover of his company but when he sees Jasmine and her son, he realizes that he is seeing his own child. He slowly realizes that Jasmine is not the spoiled, rich girl he thought she was.I love the story line in The Tycoon's Revenge, especially the way their fortunes changed over the years. I liked the writing style of the author very much. It was very a very smooth, easy read that I just didn't want to put down! I like the surprise that Derek has when he finds out that Jasmine works at his new company and she is very good at her job. Jasmin's tension feels very real when she realizes that Derek is now her boss. She is worried that she may be fired and not be able to support her son.The character development was great in that it lets the reader find out about Derek and Jasmine's lives when they were younger as well as who they are now. The secondary characters were well written too, giving just enough information to let us get to know them very quickly. Jasmine's son, Jacob, was a cute little boy and his activities helped pull the story together. Family was very important to Derek which we saw in his interaction with his father, Daniel, and his cousins, Ryan and Drew.I highly recommend this unusual romance.

I really liked this book. I feel it stands out among so many romance books. I am also thrilled when I find a series that has been out there awhile. That way i don't have to wait to read the next one and the next.
