May be good for other use case, not good to connect to a dock station
The quality of cable seems good, for charging and display, based on the other reviews.The transfer rate, i double, used this cable to connect to lenovo docking station and the ethernet port on docking station keeps dropping.Bose soundlink Mini connected to docking station via 3.5mm also keep dropping audio and stops working completely.So make sure that you do not use this cable for such use case.

Great fast cable
I use this cable for external drives, and the thing I like the most about this it is that it stays connected when I move the drive or laptop around where cheaper cables will often disconnect.

Works well with portable monitor and samsung dex
Purchased for primary use with my 18 inch portable gaming monitor. The stock cables were too short for my needs. The fasgear cable is good quality and stiffness, appears well built and should last years. It also works well with my three samsung devices and dex desktop mode
