I got one for my service dog Zuko and his sister Toph and it looks amazing! it also scans very easily and profile setup was extremely easy! i tested to see if the location emails were accurate and they were!

This product works as intended which is great for anyone that wants to quickly communicate important information to people that recover your lost pet. My dog is microchipped but that only has our contact information. This tag allows me to include ways to calm him, what food he likes, and warn people to keep him away from cats. All details that I'm sure will be important when/if he is ever lost and the person trying to help is completely clueless about him.The website that the tag uses is a little clunky but it works. The locations reported are only as accurate as the device that did the scan allows. Sorta like when you visit the home depot website and it asks for your location. Thats the location you will be emailed. Thats why it's important to include some contact information like phone number or email address.Basically, the website could use an update but I am impressed with the overall concept.

Love the QR code tag. It’s cute and perfect size. Love that you can go back into the portable and update information. Like that it won’t provide too much info when someone scans it. Think this is a great option is you prefer not to chip your fur baby.

Easy to set up. Just the right size for my 50 lb. Lab mix. Scanned it to test it while I was at home and I received an email alert with the exact address and a map that had a pin at my house. It’s been on my dog’s collar for about a week now and the QR code is still intact. I waited a week to review after reading some of the other reviews about the quality of this tag. My pup is extremely active, so hoping this tag can hold up. I like that my name and address are not on display, but easily accessible to anyone with a smartphone if my dog ever escaped our fenced-in yard. And I like the fact that an email is sent whenever the tag is scanned, so we have the location of the scan.

The physical tag is fine. My design was more red than pink, which didn't bother me too much. The website was easy to set up, but it looks very dated. I want the best for my cats, but when I edit their profile, it feels like I'm posting an ad on Craigslist.

it's very big, but its sturdy. My cat is only indoors, so she hasn't been too hard on it, but it hasn't faded, gotten scratched, or fallen off.

The website to set up the tag is really buggy and difficult to use. When I tested it, it put her last scanned location to quite far from where the tag actually is. We used to have another of these by a different brand (had to switch bc it was in another country and doesn't work in the US), and it was a LOT easier to use, and it worked a lot better. I'd recommend spending a little more and buying a nicer one. I'm not sure this one is actually going to be very helpful. I guess worst case it's just a more convoluted way of getting my phone number and address than a regular dog tag.

I purchased 3 of these for my 3 small to medium sized cats back at the end of October 2016, As of the writing of this review 1 of them recently lost the white disk attached to the back while the other 2 so far are doing fine. Many on here would consider this a negative however, please this is my experience.The customer service for the company that makes and sells these tags is probably one of the BEST that I've come across in a long time. I emailed them with my concern a couple days ago to which I received a prompt response as soon as they got in that morning. As of the writing of this review the company has gone above and beyond in my opinion to make-it-right by replacing the original tag as well as providing one of there other tags as compensation for my inconvenience. This everybody is how a company should react when something goes wrong and I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation.To review this productYou will receive a metal tag made of nickel with a plastic white disk in the back that has the Q-Code on it as well as the info on how to activate your pets profile. This tag is similar to a microchip but for the fact it's attached to the pets collar and not injected under their skin. I would recommend using both to have a dual layer of protection since tags can be removed and only by a chip can you prove ownership. The advantage of the tag though is that anybody can scan the Q-Code using their cell phone while a chip requires a trip to the vet to read which someone might or might not do. Please keep in mind that you have to create the profile and then activate the tag so both steps must be taken to ensure the code will work after scanning. Yes I've tested all of mine to ensure they all work.The web site profile is basic. However I personally likes that I can see other pets around and follow them as well as they can follow my pets. Kinda reminded me of a basic facebook for your pets. You get to have total freedom by putting whatever pictures you wish without or without comments as to what it is and all the pictures are posted on the community "board" for everybody to see.This tag will not "track" your pet and that is NOT what it says it will do. This tag will provide the location information of the tag when it's scanned by someone allowing you to determine where your pet could possibly be or their general location. I do recommend it for pets though not for other uses. There are different tags for other things medical, reason is because whatever you post on your pets profile is public on the community page.
