Disappeaing ink cartrdige
After writing with pens for one week, the ink cartridge stays up inside the pen; unable to twist it down. As I am writing, the ink cartridge slowly makes its way back up into the ink pen body. I have taken it apart multiple times to see why or if I can fix it. No luck. It just keeps happening. The ink cartridge is hidden as if I were twisted closed. I thought it was a defective pen, but all of them have done this. It is pretty frustrating to write with a pen and have the ink cartridge disappear never to be seen again. If you are OK using a pen a handful of times, not even a week, then these are ok. I was really excited to get these, because they are unique. Back they go.

SO pretty, fun, great writing, and super customer service!
These are SO pretty, and the diamond is such a cute touch! I think they are even nicer in person. These will make super gifts (in the included nice velvet pouches) for gal pals and for me! You get SO much for such a low price...super awesome. I bought 2 sets and tested every one. Nice smooth writing...glides right along. AND refills came for all of them. Lush has SUPER DUPER customer service too, as one set of the refills leaked during shipping (well-packaged, so no leaks on anything). I emailed a photo, and Lush sent me replacements instantly. They are extremely customer conscientious. I tested all the refills, and they all write wonderfully too. I will continue to buy these. I'm excited to have them and to gift some. Already gave one, and she loved it! "Diamond" pens are a girl's best friend! :)

ink cartridge gets stuck
The ink cartridges slowly gets stuck up inside the pen and eventually they becomes unusable as you can't get them to turn out. I don't write hard, but it happens slowly over using these pens for several days. Replacing the ink doesn't help. There must be a small part that gets moved up within the pen slowly. Really disappointing because these are really pretty pens and write well, when they actually let you write.

Only got 3-designs
I ordered these to share with my sisters, who have birthdays that are two days apart. These along with a group of other pens made a great gift that they love and use daily. They are very nice except that I only got three of the designs shown: rose gold, gold, and only one silver. Don't purchase these if you specifically want a variety of designs and colors...apparently these are randomly chosen and you don't get an equal amount of different pens. If I was going to keep them all for myself I would have returned them.

FANCY-SCHMANCY!!!
Two things you need at a Bridal Shower are games and favors for the guests! So I got several different games for the shower and ordered these fancy pens as one of the favors so each guest had a pen of their own to keep and use towrite down answers during the games! Everyone was impressed! They even included a refill for each one! Worth the money!

Worth every cent
These are spot on. Exactly as described. I bought these as gifts for my child female teachers. I will be buying some for myself in the near future. They are more beautiful in person and they look more expensive than the expensive pen sets. Also you don't have to get a fancy bag to put them in, they came with individual velvet bags and extra refills. They feel good in your hands and they write very smoothly. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants fancy pens without the heavy price. I think young girls will love them.
