Fast charging

I got the 20,000mAh Power Bank. It's great, the moment you receive the package, you know that it's quality. I received it with maybe 1.5 of 4 bars charged but that's enough to test if it working or not. Yes, it is pretty heavy and is bigger than most phones and the fact that it does not come with a pouch is a bit of trouble because not a lot of standard size pouches are big enough for it.Overall, no problems. Heavy, no pouch, but so far does its job.

Five Stars for the customer support team at Anker. I heard about their quick response but now personally experienced it.I sent them my feedback and they quickly responded and also offered a 20% waive off on the product.A few downsides of the product.1) Weight / bulkiness2) Charging wire is merely 1 foot in length3) The texture on the top is rough and gets scratched easily4) Comes without a pouch4)Not recommended for Ipad/ Tablets because the charging is relatively slow5) Battery charge doesn't last for long but you can survive with it. Comes in handy6) and lastly takes a while to charge fully, just like any other power bank.

Takes a long time to recharge and needs the two charging cable at the dame time, which means you need two power plugs and two outlets.Very heavy and very big.The charging button is not easy to find as it it not sticking out and no led light to it.

Pros - I have been using this for 2 years now . I had used this to charge my iPad, android,Apple Watch, AirPods etc but still manage to have some juice left in it . It can charge my iPhone 14pro max 4.5 times without recharging it .Con’s - the size is very big for any handy device. It’s bigger than I expected but for the power I can understand. But if you are looking for portable and handy one this will not be a good idea. It’s almost the size of my palm and thicker than an iPhone

It does not charge the phone quickly, and it takes a very long time to charge the battery itself.
