Works just as good as Osteo Bi-flex, but costs less. The only negative i have is having to take 3 capsules at a time, would not be an issue if they were easier to swallow. But the results are what matter, and they work for me.

Very fast shipping. the instructions says that you are supposed to take 3 pills a day before a meal no more than 6 pills a day, But My husband is taking 3 pills per day. He was having a pain in the wrist and is getting better, is not automatically, but he thinks it is working very well. One side effect of the pills, is that he thinks that his my mouth was dry after taking the pills. He have been taking the pills for only one week and is feeling great. He thinks that his flexibility and movement got better and I would recommend these pills joint lubrication and pain.

It takes a while for it to build up in your body and start working, so it’s too early to tell if these will be successful for me.

This supplement works for me as an anti-inflammatory and improved my joint pain in my hips and lower back. Working from home has put stress on my hips and lower backs. I combined a regular stretching routine with this pill and have seen improvement. The anti-inflammatory properties also allowed me to cut back on other supplements because this pill includes it (turmeric, bromelain).

I take double the suggested dose, but then again my knees are in less than stellar condition. It has made a huge difference, I now go up and down stairs without moaning and have even been able to do a poor imitation of what you might consider a jog.

While it's not the smallest pill, it was easy to swallow and left a light not terrible aftertaste. Helped with my knees after a few days. I was happy to try this supplement.

These capsules have no flavor and they were no problem to swallow. There is no odor. My pain diminished the following day. My knee felt so much better, my joints felt so much better. I recommend them to anyone who is suffering with joint pain.

I have arthritis so bad in my hands that it kept me awake at night..I took this one in the morning and one at night, haven’t had any pain even my back is better in the morning.. I don’t ever want to run out of them...
