After researching each specific form of carnitine included in this formula, I discovered that two forms are nearly identical & offer the same benefits while it doesn't offer yet another, more specific form which would really make this an outstanding product. On top of these 2 glaring defects is the fact that these supplements are loaded with food coloring! The tablets are nearly identical in shade to the blue on the label.* Pay attention to the fact that only 1 person answers any question.*Also pay attention to the fact that the questions are not displayed.* I also noticed that when I asked why the Acetyl L-Carnitine (the form NOT included in this product) wasn't included, my question went without being answered.*Also pay attention to the fact that several reviewers ONLY have reviewed this particular item; nothing else. Kinda' makes me wonder!I've since ordered the ALC as well as a higher dose of GPLC, which I take along with Alpha Lipoic Acid. I'll not be buying this item again. Lastly, the directions indicate to take 12 hours apart, so basically AM & PM. Considering this product boosts energy and endurance, if you've got insomnia than taking the PM dose will add to your insomnia. Be aware of that.

Pills have a horrible smell, but digest easily.

So far so good. Feelingvand looking like I'm leaning out. Like the simple but clean pyre energy it gives me. No shakes jitters or crash. Even all day. Feel like it makes me sweat alot more throughout the day but never hurts to sweat. A d I don't mean like it's pouring out if me. All good bottle down on to the second. Ps also know I'm really checking my macros also along with my normal exercise and resistance training. It's not a magic pill but has good benefits.

I rated one star because there isn't the option to rate negative. I'm very disappointed in the product as a stand alone regiment. I had completely different outstanding results when used with APS Phenadrine. As a stand alone product it makes me feel like I'm always starving. I monitor and weigh my food so I know I actually am not and should not feel as such. Sorry I missed the time window to return the product!!!

For anyone taking L-Carnitine, this Carnsport is the most complete formula. It's expensive, but your insured of top quality, not a bogus placebo. Excellent product.
