I have no idea how this scale calculates all the numbers...and how accurate they are. But it is very interesting to have this information. I have been on a fitness kick exercising and eating right, and the numbers from this scale are decreasing with the weight loss. The % body fat is also consistent with other measurement methods (hand held measurement, and calibers). Can't beat the value!

I dont like the fact it requires batteries. But it is managed. Better get AAA (2) BE fore it gets here just so u can set it up.

Received the scale in 7 days. (prime) works perfect. the product is fantastic . There is an app that with it via bluetooth and that works well. it can only sync to one phone, but in the app you can add several users. so I just store my and my family weights on my phone. we love it.

This scale is so light, attractive, and you can go to the App Store and download the free app which uses Bluetooth to record and track numerous facts and information. I’m sure there is a degree of inaccuracy, but compared to expensive readings I had in my body through a medical measurement of fat and bone, it’s darn close.The flaw: you can only look back over the tracker charts for one month. You can not access information beyond the last 30 days.I’d advise you keep a writers record if you want to remember your start weight.Highest ratings go to another brand, not sure why I got this one: probably the beautiful design and free app you can get for use with your phone if you have Bluetooth.

So far so good. I do wish you can see the body fat % from the scale itself instead of having to use the app. But I’m sure that’s probably be on a much more expensive scale. But using the app is easy and when you want the scale to be recorded it connects right away to phone app. I am not sure that it’s accurate because in one day it changes but that’s common w/ scales give or take. But as long as it stays within 1 lbs or 2 range not a big deal. But I am happy to have something to go on as far as body fat %.

I have owned this scale for 10 months. I only use it weekly and I have not replaced the batteries yet. Downloading and setting up the app was easy. It synced with my phone (Android) and my Fitbit app flawlessly. It gives me the same reading for my weight as my doctor's office. This is so inexpensive that I thought it would be a first step into digital weight tracking, but it is still working perfectly. I am glad I did not buy an expensive brand name scale!

Download an app first, then contact to my phone with Bluetooth. It notes my weight and BMI every time I use it. It helps me to record my weight and health. I like it very much. Be sure to use it barefoot and cantact directly , and open the app, It can record many many useful information about our body not only weight and BMI. Using it rightly then fall in love with it
