For the past decade generic versions of Benadryl and Unisom have been my go to sleep aids. I took one or the other nightly and got a good nights sleep but woke up feeling groggy and lethargic. I have tried numerous times to wean off these aids without success. I've tried Melatonin, L-Theanine, and other alternatives without success. I can get my dosage down to 1/4 of a pill but never beyond that and still get some sleep. Recently I read about GABA so I did some homework. It looked promising and Golden Saffron-GABA looked to be the best way to go. I stopped the Unisom and switched to the Golden Saffron-GABA. Low and behold IT WORKED! I woke up feeling refreshed and alert. After nearly 4 weeks using this product I have had only a few nights with less than ideal sleep. I highly recommend this product. It has been a game changer for me.

I purchased this supplement in the hopes that it might work as an alternative to prescription medications like Lyrica/gabapentin, & was pleasantly surprised when the effects were very similar to those medications. I noticed a significant increase in productivity, creativity, focus, & overall mood while taking this product, & i would highly reccomend it as a quality nootropic, that also relieves anxiety & stress.

Barely ok, the ones from walgreen are better for relaxation, these I can't even tell if they do anything

At $40 a bottle I was hopeful this would be a quality product it would actually work and according to the reviews it does for some people but it did absolutely nothing for me except give me an upset stomach even when I took it with food. Amazon was good enough to refund my money though so I guess I can’t complain. One thing people should understand is that GABA sold OTC like this does not cross the brain blood barrier as a prescription drug that works on the Gamma butyric acid in your brain does.

I tried everything to sleep through the night and the most I could get was five hours with Melatonin, Ambien, Benedryl, and other things. This worked for me. I do take 5mg melatonin with it but Melatonin by itself does not work for me. I am now getting 7-8 hours sleep at night. I haven’t gotten that in 8 years.

My tinnitus isn't gone, but it's much quieter. I also didn't take the whole bottle, or take it daily, which I should have.
