Wellman Glow Plugs compatible with Early 2003 Ford 6.0 6.0L Diesel Powerstroke F350 F250 & Excursion (set of 8)

Hmmmm? OK,,,, you know what, I am a believer now. These really do work and they really are better. Quick little story to explain? Alright......in 2001-2002, I got for cheap, from a dealer, a 1987 F-250 7.3 special order pick-up. I know the story is true cause not only have I seen the records, but I also worked for the dealer and am part of the story. So this dealers mechanics could not solve a hard starting issue this truck had since new. The owner traded it in at 94000miles and I got it for 4 grand. I just lived with the hard starting issue cause if the factory certified mechanics could not figure it out then who am I? right? Wrong!,,,,, It got to the point where this truck sat out behing the barn for 10 years just because it was too hard to start.Fast forward 2017. I decided I wanted to take the challenge and try to make this truck work again, correctly!. After all, its an 87 7.3 with only 140,000 miles on it. I researched glow plugs and controllers, etc,,,,,, and having already tried all OEM and parts store brands. learned of Wellman. Did not have anything to lose but some more time and money, so I switched out the plugs and controller with Welman/diesel RX stuff and wow! it actually works! have not had opportunity yet to try cold weather starting. But I can say that the pre-start sequence actually works now with out just clicking and blinking and the truck starts without getting out jump-starting stuff and starting fluid.

These are the best glow plugs I have ever purchased. I have over 800,000 miles, on my engine, and have had it for over 20 years. My “Wait to Start” light comes on for 2 seconds, or less, at 55*F. I will never buy any other kind, as long as these are available!!!

Absolutely not satisfied!!!! Lasted for about 6 start ups and then they went out again. E-mailed Jeff about it and only wanted to send me another piece of junk set. If one set didn't last for two weeks then why would I want to put another set on. Went to Oreilly auto and bought a set and it's been a month now with no problems. If you wanna deal with a company that doesn't want to work with you and junky parts then go ahead and waste you're time. I don't really wanna take my banks turbo intake off every two weeks to replace their glow plugs.

These are wonderful! Cold starts are no longer and issue after they do their cycle the truck starts almost as soon as you hit the key.1994 IDI Turbo 264K
