These were fab, such a great invention. We bought and moved into a brand new house, and as a consequence we had no rails, no curtains/blinds, nothing! This wasn't an issue for some of the house as we're not overlooked, however it felt odd in the evenings sitting in our living room with no privacy.Our curtains were on order and would take at least 12-16 weeks, so we knew we needed to find some sort of solution for the short term.I didn't even really appreciate these items were a thing until I started searching for temporary blinds. Firstly, they're really good value for the money. Our neighbours still seem to have theirs up after nearly a year! They would last that long if you wanted them to. They don't even look bad when up.You get quite a decent amount for the money. I'd say enough to cover a patio, large living room window and a couple of smaller windows. We only wanted them for the living room and so we had 2-3 spare (they have a good length too at around 180cm).Each blind has a dual layer 3M style adhesive strip, which I presume is so you can use a second time if you remove them. It also comes with drawing pins, which offer another fixing solution. We have PVC though, so the adhesive was fine. It was more than strong enough with one 3M strip to hold itself up. We had them up for a few months and none of them fell down in that time. In my attached picture this is a small side window, which I needed to cut down the blinds to around 70% width to fit. This was pretty straightforward and took little effort.For the main window we used three blinds side by side, and didn't bother cutting down to length, it wasn't really necessary in my opinion, though obviously would look a bit neater if you did. The material is thin enough to let light in, but thick enough to offer total privacy.The only criticism I'd have is the mechanism to hold the blinds up (during the day for example) is nothing more than a peg. It works well enough, but its pretty primitive.Not much more to say. Considering it cost me less than £30 I was really happy with what these provided. What's more once I took them down and cleared the residue with the provided alcohol wipes you'd have never known they were there. I gave them all to my in-laws afterwards who've used them in a similar situation. They in-turn have handed them to someone else since. So there's plenty of use you can have out of these. Really good, and exactly what I wanted.

These blinds are simply brilliant.Easy to install, trim to size, raise and let down…and good value; what’s not to like.Esp good while renovating my bungalow and preventing the feeling of being in a ‘goldfish bowl’.I have the black ones in my bedroom too.Thank you

They are quite easy to install and if you need to trim them that is also very easy they’re not the easiest of things to retract and clip back but they are functional they do as advertised and as a temporary blind they work well, i’ve had them in place for over a week and it looks like they will last many months so I would recommend them for many applications especially if you do not need to raise and lower them that often.

Bought these when we moved into our new house,easy to use and can cut to size,they literally didn’t budge or fall down

I like that the paper is quite thick & sturdy. The appearance of it once up looks great! Easy to put up, no fuss, and a good go between, before deciding what you actually want i:e curtains, blinds etc. I may actually just keep it as it is lol :)

Complete black out when needed , just not ideal for the bathroom , which is where i ordered them for , after a shower these are just like soggy paper and dont completely hold shape, the sticky strip that comes with again would possibly be good in a dry room but in bathroom they peel off all the time

Having read reviews I decided to go for it. My grown up son who is very practical easily trimmed using a sharp blade Stanley knife and placed the adhesive strip. My windows now look well dressed and keep the sun off in my home office. These are as perfect as you are likely to buy and I would recommend and will buy more in my new home.

Brilliant! Bought these as a last minute purchase, very good quality and literally so easy to to apply with no hassle. Very sturdy and secure adhesive. Will not be removing these for a while they are that good.
