I RECEIVED A USED SECOND HAND DEVICE
I purchased it yesterday and today received it, the box was wrapped as new but when i opened it, to my shock there was only the device and the adapter with a patch cord all wrapped in a bubble wrapping, i thought it might be missing the packaging and the user manual, but the router itself is used second hand and scratched surface.i purchased this same router a while ago and there was no issue.

Excellent Router
It's an awesome router that gives both options to use it either with a Sim card which provides good coverage or to use it as a standard wifi router which is excellent

Simple and effective.
Nice software interface, truly is plug and play with minimal config for both Etisalat and Du Sims. Can control which radio bands are used. External antennas are supposed to improve 4G coverage but they could be for WLAN signal as 4G signal strength is not great
