Product lasted less than 3 months, then one day it literally stopped working and would not switch on. Fuse changed, but still nothing. Disappointing from such a well known brand. Returned for refund, and switched to another brand. Purchase this steriliser at your own risk (especially if you want to use it for longer than a couple of months!)

Power button stopped working after a couple uses.

The product didn’t work after a couple of weeks.. barely used for 1.5 month! When contacted the seller and amazon neither we’re responsible for repairing and asked me to contact avent directly! Very disappointing

Product suddenly stopped working after a couple of weeks.

After doing a looking into a lot of different sterilisers, we decided to spend a bit more and make a buy something that will last longer and suits our needs in the long run.It's space saving design is brilliant when you're limited on space and the white and grey design goes perfectly in our kitchen.We use the little dishwasher basket to put dummies, medicines syringes etc in the steriliser. It easily fits different brand bottles and also all of the breast pump parts in the steriliser.In the long run we will also be using it for all the weaning supplies to be sterilised.It's very simple to use with just a bit of water in the bottom and the lights at the bottom indicate when you can open the steriliser again.I cannot recommend this steriliser enough.

The product stopped working after 1 month of use, to get it repaired you have to send it off by royal mail and with a new born baby who needs their bottles sterilised, we cannot wait 10-14 days for this to be repaired, they do not give the option for a refund. I have to now go and buy a new one from the shop.

Fantastic steamer. We use it about 6 times a day at the moment. Easy to use and always able to fit everything we need to in. Great design means you can use one or both sections.

Brilliant steriliser I managed to buy on the Amazon sale thus paying only a fraction.The capacity is sufficient for all the bits I require during the day. It’s quick and quiet, the whole sterilisation process takes around 10 min.Would definitely recommend.

Bought this over a week ago been working fine and loving the whole design and all tho I am a bit worried because this is how the plate looked after the very first circle that I ran on empty unit as says on instruction, hopefully it won’t break on me as then I’ll be really unhappy customer as I just returned the Tommee Tippee one which stopped working after 7 weeks of use (yes I descaled it right)
