I found this product effective and easy to operate. Reasonable price for the quality.

I have severe allergies and will DO ANYTHING. This filter definitely has helped reduce allergens. Number 1 and 2 settings I would say are almost indiscernible , and #3 is like a room fan. TOTALLY acceptable, and I would buy another one for the other side of the house shortly. It is heavy, I have it on a set of wheels, but how can it do its job without the inside motors etc? Excellent product. Incredible packing, I think there were four boxes, like a Matryoshka Russian wooden doll.

I bought it to help filtering cigar smoke and tested it today with cigarillo (tiny cigar) and it didn’t help at all, on the contrary it felt like it had circulated the smoke and made it worse.Very likely to return itThanks

Happy with it! Just thought it was coming with the BlueAir Aware which helps measure the air quality in the room. This extra device, which you probably going to want, sets you back close to $300...

I really didn’t think I needed an air purifier. I've been an allergy sufferer for years, regardless of season, and I just figured that if shots and meds hadn't helped that nothing would. Nighttime is when my symptoms really bother me. When I got the opportunity to try this air purifier, I decided to put it in my bedroom to see if it would make a difference. What a difference it has made!Upon opening the box, my initial reaction was surprise at how large and somewhat aesthetically displeasing to the eye this product is. It reminds me of an old school computer tower. It would be awesome if it was a different colour or maybe woodgrain with a flat top so it could blend in better with décor.Setup was easy and the filter was already in place, it just needed to be plugged in. There is a fan speed button, WiFi button and filter reset button on the control panel. The fan has three speeds. I find the first two speeds very quiet, but the third speed is quite loud. I keep my unit on the second speed setting. I did have a bit of an issue connecting the unit to wifi but once I figured that out, I was able to connect the purifier to the app without issue.The app is pretty good, it does ask for some unnecessary personal information upon registration. Fan speed can be controlled via the app. There are settings that can be controlled on the app that cannot be controlled manually on the machine. There is a child lock, the ability to control the brightness of the LED on the side of the unit, and a night mode that allows you to schedule the fan speed levels and light intensity for different times. The app also connects to a device that measures your air quality which is sold separately.The air quality where this is set up has dramatically improved. It smells so fresh and I’m happy to say that I’m sleeping better and my allergy symptoms have not completely disappeared but have significantly decreased. I’ve also noticed that I haven’t had to dust as often either. I really like how uncomplicated operation of this machine is. The filter needs to be replaced approximately every six months and it’s a little on the expensive side. It’s easy to open up the side panel and pull it out. They’ve even put care instructions on the inside of the panel. Overall, I’m beyond pleased with this air purifier. It may not be a looker, but it works beautifully. I’m officially hooked and will be purchasing more Blueair units for the rest of my house!
