Great knives
Already had one if these and was impressed, so went back for the set which was excellent value. Very sharp, easy to sharpen and nicely weighted. Sheffield steal, so great quality.

Santoku knife broke in half
The Santoku knife in my set cracked in half, having slipped off the worktop onto a soft vinyl floor. I contacted Richardson (Ameefa) to be told that this was perfectly normal as knifes weren't designed to withstand falls into hard surfaces (it wasn't) and no replacement possible under the guarantee. I'm convinced that there was a manufacturing fault (stress fracture most likely) as this has never happened with any other kitchen knifes that have taken knocks. Pretty poor customer service response I'd say as not inclined to buy Richardson ever again. Be aware.

Perfect Kitchen knife set
What a great design these knives are, the join between the knife and handle is a wrap around design, very strong (this is where knifes usually break with me). Very sharp and great to use. They look good on my magnetic wall holder.
