product is okay but the dial is so loose that u have to loosen it very slow otherwise u will never hear the pulsation at all

Quality of stethoscope and sound is not good.
Product works good but quality of material like stethoscope and cuff is not very good compared to price. Pump screw is not very smooth to open.Heart sound heard is not very clear. We chose expensive one as compared to other products for quality. But I am disappointed.
