I’ve only used the laptop for using my Cricut, not even a week of use, which was only on the weekends, the screen dies. It looks like it was dropped, but the whole time it was sitting on my desk and hasn’t moved.

I belive this is a great but. The reason why it's such a bargain. Is the fact that it's not a name brand. How ever it is a powerful machine , really light weight. Love the charger cable it's really compact. Compared to very other laptop cable I have owned before. Brings free useful microsoft office software. The solid state hard drive makes it for fast start time with options to further expand memory in the future. Brings planty of ram memories. Over all I am very satisfied.

First of all I helped purchase this laptop for my 70yr old neighbor who wants to shop more online and easy access to her bill payments. She's starting not to agree with online purchases due to this particular situation...1st laptop arrived w/o number pad, w10 pro, LOCKED behind group policies - couldn't windows update and onboard mic not working.2nd - replacement arrived in Chinese? and NO WEB CAM...dont even know whats inside because I DONT KNOW CHINESE!!!!!-----EDIT: last pic should have been thin top bezel with no cam, i will try to reload last pic later...Nice price and decent specs in ad but so far...Bait and Switch... BUYER BEWARE!!!Edit: March 6 2021, still have not received refund for product dropped off at Kohl's Dept on Feb. 24th 2021

Wish I could give no stars...its a security risk ..you have no control over any actions on computer with account or anything it keeps you from logging into your own account it is linked to a server do not buy ! I returned same day

I have only had the computer for a few days. I bought it to use with my cricut machine. So far it has been great! Set up was a breeze. Runs great, loads pages fast. Battery length is great. I love the size and sleekness of the computer. Update later!

When I received this Item, I did not have to set up when first started like all other new laptops. The laptop would not update, you could not change anything on the system as it looked you completely out. Was not able to change the name or any system feature and would not update.

When I first got the computer it was used, then the mouse was moving so fast i could never click on anything...so yes they sent me a defective laptop. I contacted Amazon and the lady told me that they didnt have a phone number nor a email address so she sent me another laptop, this one was new and the mouse worked but it would get so hot it would shut off right in the middle of me doing something. The second one didnt have a webcam but the first one did. I wouldnt recommending buying but if you do make sure it's a new one

I wanted to give The Over All and the Features ratings 3 1/2 stars but I cant figure out how so !!!, and the reason for that is, this lapTop is great for school, it's light and with one or two addons you can have plenty of storage but if your looking to play upper end games and more then average multitasking you may want to look into a full on Lap Top. I am Happy with this Laptop, it is here as a backup to my PC and easy to carry when I go on a road trip and does just what it was expected to and at a great price. Soooo if you have a kid starting collage soon or perhaps a young adult still at home this would be a home run with out denting the pocket's..... Hope this helps. Drifter
