I love this thing. I also have the spray foam which u use just for spot cleaning, but this gallon is so economical and that it kills a lot of zoological bacteria and viruses that have been know to jump from animals to humans. The key is to let it sit for 10 min. On the floor, walls, and toilet are better if left overnight. Read the full instructions for this is a work horse. I have 4 cats and a toddler. There always pee, poop, vomit somewhere you didn't know it's there, but you let it soak for 10 min and wipe off. No sceubbing. I mean cat vomit/hairballs can turn to cement, but this cuts through and all u need are paper towels. I do mix a small spray mixture as instructed, and be sure to not breath inThe tiny droplets when spraying or when adding water. The scent is clean and you want to smell it, but don't bc it can reak havoc to your sinuses mucosa. I have allergies and found out the hard way like all chemicals, where gloves; eye mask. The room smells lovely light hospital clean. It isn't a strong smell, and lasts for days. Especially when, you clean the day before company coming. Of course if you cook something strong in between maybe not.Looks like they don't sell the singles anymore. With all these viruses pandemic going around, I guess I'll buy the 4 to last me my lifetime and bequath it to my daughter. Lol. I wished more commercial settings used this.I have even given the foam IC cleaners to my daughter's school and my cleaner who loves it as well.I live in the Northeast and this cuts through salt on floors easily. Salt is acidic and this is a base. It gets the salts footprints off my hardwood floors and laminate flooring in one swipe. Just wonderful!

I order this because my parent's house flooded in the Flood of 2015/16. It worked wonderfully to rid and wash away the flood residue on the basement walls, steps, floor joists, and metal stations that were in the basement. We use hand wand pumps (bug sprayers) to spray the diluted mixture onto everything. We then used a soft brush to scrub with and followed it with clean water from a powerwasher on a low setting. The basement stopped smelling after that. It was good to finally walk into the house the next morning and it not stink of rotting flood residue and fungi.Now, I know the product's effectiveness is only guaranteed on non-porous surfaces but after giving their basement a good washing with this, something in this product work perfectly to rid the basement of stench. Additionally, it has a very light pleasant smell, almost a whiff of something.All of us wore our N95 dust mask, safety goggles, rubber gloves, and shower caps when we did this. I would recommend the same.

I am a big Lysol user, and love this product. I work as a nurse in a critical care setting, so am very conscious of what I could be bringing home. This has a very light, clean scent and is hospital grade - disinfects just about everything. There are many products I cannot tolerate (including Lysol Bathroom cleaner) as I have strong reactions to them, and end up coughing and sneezing, etc., but I can use this without any problems. It's very economical to use, lasts a long time, works well, and leaves no residual streaks or smudges. Great product!

This product has been a game changer in my house.Easy to use and great disinfectant properties.-I initially was interested in this because of cleaning between litters of kittens as fosters for local humane society.-Use it in my bathrooms and tile floor.-On porcelin sinks they stay cleaner longer.-As a toilet cleaner, let it sit for hours, very good results.Received as expected (no leaking)Dilute properly, it will flow out fast if you're not careful. Pour it into a smaller container for easier handling.Use an old shot glass or a spoon. You need very little.
