Reuseable Lint Roller

I like the rake part, works really well. But the sticky part is almost too sticky and pulls up a lot of the fabric and then only last a few rolls and then you have to wash it off often. I also did not get the small travel size roller which was a disappointment

The yellow scraper bit has zero adhesive holding it to the blue plastic handle bit, it will fall off, i promise. get some JB weld and you will be fine.

The Sticky Buddy is just what I needed to deal with cat fuzz on dark-colored clothing. With the old paper rollers, it would never fail - I'd be going out, and that would be the moment that my old paper lint-rollers would rebel, and refuse to be peeled to a new sheet. It would sometimes take longer to peel the *$%@!*# sheets off those things than it did to get dressed. I love the Sticky Buddy (especially that little foldable purse-sized one) because it's always ready to go - NOW. Not 45 minutes later, like my paper sheet lint rollers were. Needless to say, the old lint rollers got thrown out as soon as my Sticky Buddy arrived. It may not rinse off quite as easily as depicted on TV, but I don't care - it's still far easier than tearing reluctant sheets off of a lint roller. Most of what's on it rinses off easily, and the few remaining strands of hair are easily rubbed off. And voila! It's ready to go again. The combination of the teeth and the roller made cleaning off a cat-hair-covered sofa pillow a breeze, as well as a crumb-and-cat-hair-covered bench seat in the kitchen. GREAT PRODUCT! :)

I see some reviews saying it has limited use because it fills up. I solved this by purchasing three, two for home, one for office. Yes, you can only remove so much lint/fur before it fills up. Yes, you could get those expensive tape versions and use many expensive sheets to clean a large surface. But for less than $10 ($7 add on!) it is an awesome value. I am able to clean a dress shirt or two along with a sweatshirt or jacket before having to wash it. I only have a single cat and sometimes a large dog visits but it easily can handle that. Not to mention, you wash it and roughly ten minutes later you can use it again, good as new.Rubbing some soap on it and running it under water (with a lint/hair catcher) quickly cleans it off junk. Place it back in the holder and it dries quickly. I'll never buy an expensive tape lint roller ever again.

Rinsing it with water kind of works, but depending on the hardness of your water supply, it generally won't be enough to clean the hair off of it.What I realized is that using soap (a wetting agent) is the key. I got a spray bottle and put dish soap and water into it and I spray the roller then do a quick light wipe with an old tooth brush to push the hair together (so I don't have to run the water so long) then just put it under the faucet for a quick rinse and it's clean. The soap makes all the difference.

One word.. Sweeet. I own an Akita. For those who don't know it's a double coat dog like a husky, only a lot more hair cause they are a lot bigger. I've got the big one in the house, and the mini one in the truck. Run it under hot water to wash it and 5 seconds later it's good to use again. If you ever buy the sticky papers instead of these you need your head examined!

I was using the sticky roller where you tear off the sheet once it is filled with dog hair... I decided to give this a try so I wouldn't have to keep buying sticky rollers, but the sticky buddy is not user friendly. After you have debris on the roller (which by the way stops working quickly after it has just some debris) you have to stop and wash it off and then wait for it to dry or pat dry it with a non lint towel or something. Then you have to start again. If you have a dog, or you use this very frequently, and want to be fast z& efficient, this would not be the product for you.

I purchased this product expecting to save money to get my dog's hair off my clothes. The sticky buddy works well, and picks up the hair well, but only in a small space. I tried to load it up with hair, but it only can hold so much. After you pick up the hair, you are supposed to rinse the sticky buddy in luke warm water to take the hair off. The problem with that is I can't take the rest of the hair off my clothes until the sticky buddy dries so I can use it again! This is why I rated it a 2. I may as well use the regular sticky sheets so I can at least get all the hair off at once. Needless to say I am disappointed in this product. I will use it for SMALL jobs, but for actually using it to take hair off clothes or pick up an entire spill of cereal or whatever they show in their ads, it can not actually do that! Buyer beware!
