Are these gloves similiar to Wells Lamont 7690 that are padded? And if so are they just as good or better?

I work for a funeral home so im constantly on the road picking up loved ones and loading them in the refriegrators are these gloves a good fit?

do these gloves tend to run big? i have very square hands and large fingers, so I dont know if i should get Large or XL. palm measures at 10.35"

What is the cut rating ?
