Exhale is a great coloring book for all ages.I love that each page is geared toward self care.The pages are single sided. The pictures are beautiful and there is a page every woman can relate too.

I love this book I have colored 3 pages already and took 1 less pain pill .because I was so busy coloring these wonderful pages also buy the sou color 72 color pencils soft and they dont hurt my hands to color.

I like this coloring book. My only complaint is the pages are not perforated. I didn't realize this prior to purchasing. Coloring is a nice way to relax; been doing it for years. The pages have a mix of affirmations and scenes of life-relaxing bath, yoga chilling to music,etc. This is a well themed coloring book to "get away" from it all.

I really like the different self care illustrations. I just wish it had more pages for the price.
