Great product. Satisfies sweet tooth but also does not send my blood sugar soaring. It is a great protein lift. I like it with afternoon fruit, in smoothies and spread on toast in the morning. I also find it fills me when I just take a spoonful.

The consistency was a large pasty clump inside of a watery mess. I was unable to mix it up. Not creamy. Taste was decent. Unable to spread on anything. Ran right off of everything like water.
