Is this supposed to be a lip scrub?
I ordered both holiday sets for gift bags at work. One pack arrived melted (they arrived together but one was a bit of a mess) and the worst looking ones I took out to use for myself. The description says 'buttery' and I rubbed this across my lip and it felt like actual lip scrub...like sand. After a moment, it melted and became somewhat normal though small pieces remain. I tried to share a picture and you can see it is really grainy. So, I will have to replace all of these with Burt's Bees.

awful taste!
I bought this product so I could have a variety of lip balm in all of my jackets so it would be handy and The first one I tried was a sugar plum and it taste like there are chemicals in it it’s quite awful

There was nothing I liked about this lip gloss - texture, grainy - smelled, horrible - moisturizing, couldn’t tell you. I threw it ALL away.
