Morrisons Family Steak Pie 600g

I can’t see how this pie could possibly serve four. For starters ; after removing top crust, I counted 9 pieces of meat sitting in the gravy. The taste was cheap and awful. I’m beginning to wonder if two “editions “ of this pie is made, or is it some folk are easily pleased. I did my first big order at Morrison’s , over £150, and this is one item I sure would not order again. The smoked haddock was indeed lush, best I’ve had, also the smoked bacon, so I am NOT an old twist, I do know the difference between cr*p food and decent stuff though, at 74 you tend to learn from experience I would think. I am surely going to order from these again, as delivery was great, plus the picker picked fresh items with lots of sell by, or use by on them, most unusual as from others online you usually get first the picker comes to, not so here with Morrison’s, keep it up please 👍👍😜😁😁

Quite why this item was in the "Fresh" section I will never know. My freezer was full but I wanted to keep it full so I ordered this thinking it would be fresh. If I had wanted frozen I would have ordered frozen from the frozen section. The little icon image was too small to read the box. Because of this I felt compelled to eat the whole pie that was supposed to feed four people. I ate it with half a tin of beans and a plate of chips, it wasn't too bad but it wouldn't feed four people even if they were on rations

Pie crust fine, but the filling was revolting.Very little meat but lots of what looked and I imagine 'dog good' gravy.Don't waste your money.

Sent a chicken pie despite 'no substitutes', didn't realise until it was dished up on the plate - not very nice, not happy, not the only issue, won't shop at Morrisons online again.

It wouldn’t feed four for the size of it and not much of filling meat inside. A bit disappointed

Good value and nice steak pie. It serves four but we tend to have one for two adults.
