G-Men, Gangsters, and Gators: The FBI flying squad and the deaths of Ma and Fred Barker in Florida

Not my usual choice of reading. But had just listened to a charity shop CD of Bony M and their song Ma Barker. Wanted to learn more. 😊

Bit disappointed with this book . Not enough reading , but good research done on this subject.

Very interesting book which appeared to be well researched by Brian Hunt. I enjoyed reading it!

This was a good read. It opened up the scenes that went on behind the final showdown to the final scenes within the house. It also showed the quagmire of the Federal system even when time was of the utmost importance. Worth the time and money.

Excellent detailed account of the Florida machine gun battle that resulted in the deaths of Kate "Ma" Barker and her public enemy bank robbing son, Fred. More please!

I don't know what these other people were reading but this book is sorry,it was like a fourth grader wrote it and put it together. Believe me, just keep the price of this stinker in your pockets!!!!!
