Does what its meant to do with only getting used to wrapping them round your ankles taking a bit of time to get used to.They're comfy when on a run & give you plenty of support.Having old injuries & a brake on my ankle going way back I can only say as far as pain relief goes is that no discomfort thus far.

I bought these the same time as a pair of socks which do the same job.Found them to be extremely comfortable still fit a pair of socks over the top.These were to help support my ankle were I broke my leg in two places just above my ankle.Easy to use, comfortable, would highly recommend and purchase again if I wanted more.

I have recently pulled my ankle ligaments whilst running and have had to use crutches for a while so was desperate to return to running however I was worried about going over again in my ankle as it still does not feel as strong, I searched through many products and reviews until I came across this one. It is so comfortable and the support is great I immediately felt at ease when it was fitted and confident to go for my first run since my injury. At first glance it looks confusing to fit however easy to follow instructions really helped. I would definitely recommend this product I got some advice from my doctor before returning to training.

I’ve had plantar fasciitis for a few weeks and everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked until I got these. Within 2 days its improved and hopefully in another 2 days it’s gone.

I love this ankle support. This is the one I have been looking for and I have tried quite a few! I wear it over my socks and it works perfectly. Extremely comfortable and you can adapt it to be as tight as you want it to be. Takes a while to get used to strapping it up, but once you get it, then it’s easy. I can now run without the fear of getting ankle strains. This ankle support has literally allowed me to continue running. I love how I can strap it so I can still fit into any my shoes without additional tightness too. It’s perfect!

After a minor accident resulting in a severe sprain and trouble walking I decided to try this support out. I have suffered from OA in knees and ankles for years, hyper mobility has caused several sprains and ligament damage and a lot of pain! Until now, I wish I had bought these earlier. They are so easy to wrap around, very comfortable and super flexible. I have tried many different support since a young age due to different sports but this one is by far the best I have had. And 1 pair for less than a tenner? Bargain!

I have weak ankles, always have done. Over the last couple of years my knees have deteriorated badly to the point of needing a knee replacement at some stage for the left knee. Combined with the weak ankles walking became agony. I now strap up my right ankle before any long(er) walks and it alleviates the pain in the ankle at least! Because I feel more stable overall the impact on the knees is also lessened. It's quite easy to put on and the velcro strap is very strong, just be mindful not to pull the band too tight (as I have done and learnt not to). I will give the other strap to my 80 year old mother, having just one is enough for me. If there was a similar strap for knees I'd buy that too. I have a massive brace that is just too horrid to wear.

Instant relief from pain in my ankles I walk around 8-10 miles at work, causing me lots of pain in my ankles so I got these, so nice to be able to do my job and not be in constant pain. Fit comfortably with trainers on. Dont slide down velcro is very strong and holds its place. Also recommended them to a colleague who has bought some.
