I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one for my daughter. We had a really good time painting them. The colors of paint included were adequate, however I put it some additional ones which made each of our paintings different. They both turned out really nice. I hung them up for a few months and it was fun looking at them.I really appreciated the bonding time. I find it hard sometimes to come up with things to do that we both like. This was more than just painting a piece of paper. I recommend this product even for a single painter! (And additional paints are not necessary.)

I didn’t use the paints or brush it came with or the number guide. But the canvas and drawing are fabulous. Had a little bit of a snafu with shipping but Amazon got it corrected super fast. The drawing is so forgiving if you go outside the lines. I can’t say enough good things about this.

Bought this for my grandmother who enjoyed watercolor painting in the past. The canvas is different from regular watercolor paper stock. It is not as absorbent. This still was a fun project for grandma and produced a nice piece in the end.

excellent good for beginners to develop they're skills and inexpensive

My dad had difficulties seeing the numbers in other kits or painting the tiny spots. This set was easier for him, he loved it!

I love this stretched canvas that is ready to hand when finished. The watercolors are very pretty, but they're not numbered, or even laid out sequentially according to the numbers they've assigned to each color, so you have to go searching for the correct color each time (or mark them yourself with a sharpie).The numbers for each spot are on a separate paper from the canvas, which is necessary so the numbers don't show through lighter colors of paint, but not something I expected and a little more difficult to use.A lot of the spots ask you to use a mix of two colors, and the only mixing palette they provide is the very small back of the paint lid. It would be much better if they provided a larger paint set with all the colors you need, or at least provided a better mixing palette.Also, they only provide one brush, which is another downside. This kit really needs at least three brushes, one larger than the one they provide, and one very small brush.All of that said, at the end of the project, as long as you are decently skilled with a paintbrush, this can look quite lovely.

Easy to do while still being a fun picture to paint!
