Easy to Assemble, Fun to Use!
The media could not be loaded. A very nice Lionel train set. Easy to put together, but you do need to watch the rail pins to be sure they are lined up correctly. Track stays firmly together. It's nice that modern tracks come with the rails on a track bed. Makes it easy to use on carpet.While I gave it 5 stars because I really do like the train, it's not perfect. The remote doesn't always connect on the first try. Also, it's rather noisy. You can control the audio volume of the sound effects, but to get it loud enough to hear over the mechanical noise it's rather loud.I bought to put around the Christmas tree next year, but got it out to play with the Grandkids. It's an enjoyable train that brought back memories from my own childhood. It was fun to share with the next generation.

Great Train set
The media could not be loaded. Train came nicely packaged and in great condition. Set up was quick and simple. I really have no complaints other than I wish it was a bit more affordable. The quality is noticeable so better to spend a bit more for something that will last!

Amazing Delivery

Awesome quality
My four year old loves it. The train isn’t designed for rough kids but my little guy gets it. Beautifully crafted, fun noises, lights up nicely. Worth the move up from the chintzy toy stuff.

Don’t last!
We have had two of these train sets in two years. The first one lasted about an hour and a half. We put it away set it up again a month later and it would not work. Our son liked it so much. We bought another one the next Christmas And it lasted about the same. When we called Lionel for help they told us the warranty is one year and they do not repair them. A $450 train set was thrown straight in the trash. Once a great toy company now building throwaway trash.
