Great design, very functional, soap dispenser is convenient
I am very please with this faucet set, it was a good value. I thought the install was fairly easy and I haven't had any leaks or issues. The sprayer makes cleaning dishes and the sink basin itself a simple task. I love having a soap dispenser right there on the sink - use it all the time. This set really made using my kitchen sink more enjoyable. Looks good too.

Defective Product
This faucet is nice to look at but the handles strip and water leaks. I contacted the company and they replaced the parts which worked for a while but are now leaking and stripped again. Such a waste of money.

Great look, decent design, nominal functionality
This faucet really provided an updated look for my kitchen sink. We really love the 360 swivel of the faucet, the included soap dispenser... which is a Top fill for convenience. The faucet works great and we love the sprayer button which automatically switches back to the standard stream when the water is shut off.The pull down for the sprayer is where we start to see problems. For the sake of simplicity, I will list the issues below.1) The counter weight is not sufficient to force the sprayer to easily retract on it's own.2) The arc of the faucet is such that using the sprayer outside of the sink is difficult and requires us to use two hands pull the sprayer down then pull additional length of the hose out to reach outside of the sink. The distance is also limited.3) Due to the height of the faucet and the design of the base, it creates something of a lever effect. We have a standard style stainless steel double sink. When we pull on the sprayer, we notice that the sink will flex at the base of the faucet. With a ceramic or stone sink, I doubt this would be an issue.Overall we love the faucet, but there are certainly some inherent flaws in the design regarding specifically the pull down sprayer.

Turbine anyone?
We wanted a 4 hole with separate hot and cold. Other big companies didn't really make this style.I've had PF's before and while the cartridges have went on them, PF stands by their warranty. My complaint in this one is my faucet literally sounds like a mini jet turbine with turned on. Quite annoying and not sure why this is the case. Also, low water flow rates doesn't keep the "spray" method enabled.

Nice looking unit
Nice looking unit, but like so many faucet sets these days, has a plastic proprietary connection between the spray/faucet and the water line. No way to override to a conventional connection and this one seemed flimsy immediately, but sometimes they're stronger than they look. I recall one reviewer said he'd had to rig up his own solution to the branch that connects the faucet handles because it was too long for the holes in his sink; the one in my set is flexible and bows nicely to accomodate the standard distance (I think it's 8 inches) between the faucet handle valves, which places the central line connection in a good position relative to the spray hose so the line doesn't bump it when pulling the sprayer out for use. I thought that was a pretty clever design until I realized that the plastic connection itself seemed very fragile & loose for something taking a lot of water pressure on a daily basis. Still, I made sure all the parts were in the box before installing this to replace a leaky Baypointe that was only a few years old, and followed instructions (this is about the 6th faucet set I've installed over my life as a home owner and they're all made just a little differently). However it turned out that the connection of my concern was actually missing an interior collett and so it leaked all over the place when tested.Good news/ bad news on Pfister's service: Good is that you get through promptly by phone to someone easy to understand, and they were willing to send a replacement for the defective part- took less than ten minutes to arrange that. Bad news is that the company policy won't overnight it, even though this unit was shipped from the factory with a defective part. So I'll be without a kitchen sink for at least a week! Who wants to clean hummingbird feeders and the diabetic cat's food dishes in the bathtub, shlepping water pitchers to the kitchen for cooking use? While I'm waiting I guess I'll have time to ponder how to get the handles to open and close as pictured in the instructions, because it appears right now that both hot and cold valves open counterclockwise, so the handles both turn in tandem rather than mirror each other as the photo shows. Their "closed" positions both put the handles pointing to the right and opening counterclockwise to point backward. Hmm. If I'd been thinking clearly when they told me how long it would take to get the replacement part, I would have gotten this whole project done a lot faster by returning the faucet set and buying another brand than going back through the company for a part. I'll update the review if the part comes faster than expected and makes a solid connection.UPDATE: part arrived 5 days later under the fastest shipping method, and looks much differenct than the plain black striated tube that came in the box. The original part included with the set didn't have little slots built into the sides to hold the bracket in place on the water line, nor did it have the bracket itself or the interior collett. If this new one is a design upgrade it's a good one: it snaps solidly in place with no leak despite being just plastic. We were also easily able to fix the orientation of the faucet handles when we were able to open the water lines and determine the true open/closed positions (operator error on that issue!).

It is beautiful and handy!

well made (*UPDATE)
This is a really well made faucet. Feels and looks premium. We've had it now for about three months and are very pleased. The finish is great - hasn't spotted or stained... yet - fingers crossed. It is very large however. Pay close attention to the dimensions. If you have a small kitchen/counter space/sink it might be too much.*UPDATE:2 years after I bought the faucet it started leaking. 2 years after that the soap dispenser stopped working. In each case, customer service was very easy to reach and they sent me the necessary replacement parts free of cost with free shipping. Having to deal with the repairs is a bit of a hassle but I can't complain about the service.*UPDATE #2:2 years after the last time this 'leak-proof' faucet leaked, it started leaking again. Now I know why it's no longer available. $180 down the drain.
