KIM+ONOWomen's Plus Size Charmeuse Kimono Robe Long - Watercolor Floral

I wear a size 14 pants and an xl in most tops. I was given one of Kim + Ono “one size fits most” robes as a gift and I couldn’t close it enough to make it decent. I was so sad that I had to return the item because it was lovely. I had to hunt for it on Amazon, but finally found the “plus” size kimono. I had to pay more for it and didn’t get free shipping, but it is just as pretty as the first one and I love it. It is roomy enough to wrap across my front but the belt had to be shortened because it is ridiculously long and drags the floor. My best guess is it may fit up to size 20.

I bought this robe, and the $250 washable silk robe, assuming that I would prefer the silk, of course. Well, I didn't. I hate the washable silk robe. The washable silk is heavy and rough like knotty polyester, and is not very silky at all. It feels like cheap polyester.But this robe...this is silky. Granted, it's just polyester, but I like it. It feels luxurious, and more luxurious than the washable silk that's far more expensive.In my opinion, save the money, and get this one. The fit is great, and the print is lovely. The charmeuse feels like a cross between satin and chiffon. The print has a chiffon look to it, and when I look at it, I'm always tricked into thinking it is chiffon because it feels like chiffon. I love it

I am 5’10” and this is a beautiful robe! The print and feel are so luxurious.

I fell in love with this robe when I tried it on. It is beautiful and very form fitting as a curvier woman.After about 3 days one of the internal ties broke and since then the robe doesn’t seem to want to stay in the right place when tied in the front. The other side of the the looks like it’s on its way out too.I’ve noticed stitching starting to come out all through out and frays on the fabric. I don’t wear this 24/7. I sometimes put it on in the mornings and sometimes at night for a couple hours.For the large price of $130, I would expect this robe to last months or years, not fall apart at the seems within a week.

I love this kimono robe so much and would recommend buying this for yourself as well as for a gift. It is excellent quality, very well made and so soft!! My favorite purchase this year!!

It’s beautiful but unfortunately they didn’t include the sash/belt! I’m trying to find a long scarf to use for a sash/belt now which stinks because it cost over 150 bucks!! I would like to be sent the matching sash/belt by the makers of this but I cannot find out where to inquire.
