Look at the picture at the top and what I received here. The advert it for a USA product with 400mg elemental magnesium for two capsules. Made in USA. What I received was the same brand, but UK branded and made in Estonia. Crucially it's only 340mg elemental Magnesium for two capsules. Not the 400 as advertised. That's still pretty good, but not what I expected.

Haven’t got round to taking it yet but I’ve heard good things only disappointment is in the photos it says 400mg per servers only for it to arrive and say 320mg 😂 you can’t say it’s 400mg then send 320mg and expect no one to notice

The product is marketed as having "no laxative effect". This is simply untrue, as taking the product sent me straight to the bathroom. This magnesium bisglycinate is in fact buffered, ie it has another inferior magnesium added (probably magnesium oxide). It is therefore not pure magnesium bisglycinate, which is not made clear on the label. The inferior additive interferes adversely with the product's absorption in the digestive tract. Very disappointing quality. I would suggest going for a non-buffered version for much better value.
