False advertising
The description and the picture are very deceptive. This is not a multipack of 80 tea bags but one small box of only 20. I made a complaint to Amazon as, at first, I thought a wrong item had been shipped to me but they just ignored it and never addressed the problem. I then read the reviews and noticed the exact same issue had been reported by another customer almost three month ago and absolutely nothing's been done to change the misleading ad.

Misleading ad as only 1 box of 20 bags arrived
This shows a multipack of 4 x 20 - so 80 tbags but only 1 pack of 20 arrived and I was charged £1.70This still appears in a misleading way on the website. I have ordered it again to see what happens!!!
