Seller packed it in the worst possible way. There was no packaging in fact.I am a minimalist but I do not shy away from paper packaging; the lack of wrapping could have damaged the item. Item was shoved in a postal bag with a steel grater. Very intelligent, isn’t it?Calacatta design looks amazing. Looks as if you’re holding a coffee vanilla ice cream. It’s the right size for my smoothies.There’s no smell after the first day.I like how the tumbler looks, since it’s nothing like the wide and huge Starbucks one.It’s different.Silipint probably bends at the top but I like this sturdy kind, it has steel on top.Also silipint resembles Starbucks cup and I don’t like it, my hand is also short and stout, so this fits perfectly.I don’t have extremely hot liquid, so straw lid works for me for tea as well. I don’t know how spill proof soppy lid is.I can wash it quickly and have my beverage.This is my second gosili purchase

After multiple broken rigid plastic cups each with “hand wash only” (hassle!!!) I got this for her. Doesn’t dent the floor, doesn’t crack.

I was so excited to try silicone to reduce the plastic in my house and the flavor leeching that occurs with plastic water cups. Unfortunately, these have an equally unpleasant flavor leeching akin to chlorine. I contacted the manufacturer who recommended a baking soda rinse, vinegar rinse, and/or boiling, to no resolve.

I ordered this cup after ordering two for my daughter, we love them. They do not leak, even if you tip them upside down. They are super easy to clean and definitely recommend.

Unbelievable- filthy cup missing the entire lid - Amazon refunded but now I have a broken cup with damaged silicone which was unlike other products I’ve ordered from this company. Had a sticker on the side peeled off as though it was already used and returned without the parts and damaged. Zero plastic wrapping just thrown into the box looking like a mistake. Don’t waste your time or this price!! Looks like quality has gone wayyyyy down hill. So disappointed as my ASd son loves the sensory feel of these cups and such a shame.

I was excited to get this cup, but when I opened the package the cup did not have a label, lid or straw. I will be returning it!!

Has a strong funny smell and taste even after dishwasher. Does not insulate.
