Q: how long should I wait to eat or drink after rinsing with cogate total advanced pro-shield?

Non expert opinion is that 10 minutes would be good... 5 minutes might do.

Q: Can i brush "after" using this? do i need to wait? will it stil provide 12 hour protection? i dont want this to make my teeth look darker...

Ok, not to be smart... but you can do whatever you want to do. However, If you swish and spit, then brush, are you not in essence washing out your mouth and removing any protective agent which the mouthwash leave behind? Just my opinion. Also what is it that you think is in the mouthwash that will make your teeth look darker? I've never heard of that happening and have been using mouthwashs for over 3 decades. Just wondering what information you're readying or who you are listening to.
