Started Rusting after First Use
The trowel worked well for spreading our pool deck coating, however, the galvanized finished scratched quite easily allowing rust to set in easily. I had to dry it quite carefully after cleaning to ensure it would remain usable for a future project. I suspect it will not be long-lasting due to the scratched condition after one small patch job.

Tool appears to be not new, but is probably OK.
I have not used it yet, and it seems to be quite serviceable, but it also seems to have been used before. When I purchase tools at a retail store, I try to not purchase tools that looks like they were used and returned. This tool looks like one I would have rejected, but trowels are simple and so I suspect it will be OK. They are numerous scratches on the trowel itself and the handle is not clean.

Great quality trowel, this is my 3rd bon trowel used in vertical concrete carving, and I love the way they are built

Good tool
Works well and does the job. Dry it immediately after use to prevent rust.
