If you’re looking for a bench scraper that has multiple uses, this is it! I bought these as Christmas gifts for the bakers in my life. I was so impressed by the quality, I bought one for myself! My one and and only complaint is the conversions are a little hard to read. Once you know which angle to turn it, I find it easier to read.

Very well built. I use it to rough chop veggies and to scrape dough off the counter tops.
