The scooter was not completely intuitive to put together. However, it was easy enough to assemble. While putting the handle bars in, if you install one at a time and push it in too far (like my son did unknowingly) it will "click" into a hole at the center of the tube not meant for handle bar and there's no way to reach it with your fingers to release it. It took some thought but I finally had to repurpose a marshmallow roasting stick and disassemble the vertical handle bar shaft to depress the button from the bottom end. After assembling the scooter completely, it was ridden around the house on Christmas day. That same day, the folding mechanism failed thus collapsing the scooter at it's fold in half point. No one was hurt but it left a nice long scar in our beautiful hickory hardwood floors. . . I was very disappointed to say the least. I contacted Redliro through email and they suggested a few fixes, tightening some screws here and there. All of which to no avail. The scooter kept collapsing while riding it. Getting frustrated, I asked Redliro what they wanted to do because I was not keen on the idea that this scooter could collapse at any moment while my 8yr old was riding it. We've had several brands of folding scooters over the years and none of them have ever collapsed while riding it like this. Redliro did come through after about a week of emailing back and forth. They sent a new scooter to our house. I asked if they wanted the old one to shipped back, which they said they didn't. Anyways, it appears to work well after assembled, although I don't dare ride it on our hardwood floors. . . We have a lot of snow at our house right now, so I guess we'll see how well it preforms in the spring!

We bought thos scooter for our 8 year old son. He loves it and it does everything we needed it to and more. Had one small issue several months after we ordered it so I messaged the seller to get parts to fix it. The communication was prompt and they took great care in making sure our issue was resloved.

Awesome scooter, love the shocks and how quickly it folds for easy / compact transportation. I’m 6’3” and it is very comfortable. It would get 5 stars if the kick stand were placed better so you could put it out with your foot rather than having to bend down to use your hand every time.

So far this scooter has definitely met my expectations. I’ve been looking for an adult scooter that I can use for convenience going to the train station, work and nearby stores and this is just great as it came with a shoulder strap and is foldable. You can feel the quality of materials chosen and the way that the pieces fit together. It's got a sturdy, functional design that shows careful consideration for comfort. And I like how you can adjust its height and also, it just looks super cool! Even as an adult, you won’t feel awkward using this for transportation or simply just for fun. I love how they design the scooter!

It is good if you are tall. I gave it to my sister because i am petite, 5ft 1 in. The platform for the feet was too high for my kicking. My sister love it.I guess is you are at least 5f. 5in you should be okThe pro is that you feel safe in it compare to smaller scooters

In about a year of regular use, the scooter has slowly disintegrated. It started a month in when the pin holding the handlebars together fell right off. No big deal, something tape can easily fix. Bell stopped working a few months in after the spring had been somehow stretched out of shape through normal use. It recently fell off altogether. There ain’t much more life left for the front wheel either; it’s begun trembling like a loose screw on an airplane. No universal healthcare in ‘Murcia, so time to put down this scooter before it does me.Long story short, not very well built, it fell apart at a rate expected from something made in China at the dollar store. But this scooter was apparently proudly built in the USA...

It's such a great product, and my 10-year-old LOVES it!! I'm happy it has a brake on the back so he can easily control his speed when going downhill. It's sturdy and has wide wheels so it makes it easy for my son to turn and navigate. He'll have this for years. I strongly recommend it!

You really have to get used to breaking because the front suspension make the frame really unsteady. Apart from that every works well.
